The Lord’s Project: A Calling From God.
The Call
On May 15th 2017, the Lord told me to build him houses of refuge.
He said that in those houses, he would become a refuge and a hiding place to keep the storm and the rain away from his people just like it is written in Isaiah 4:6, Isaiah 32:2, and Joel 3:16. The Lord’s Healing Hospital and The Lord’s House of Refuge are the two projects that the Lord, Jesus Christ, has entrusted to me. He has called me to build this organization so that it may spread throughout the continent of Africa, starting from Nigeria, before blessing the whole world.

How The Lord’s Healing Hospital came into being
Sometime in 2009, while still in Tampa, Florida, I decided to indulge in one of my favorite pastimes - watching Nigerian films. These movies were not happy comedies, however - these were films which showed many of the characters dying due to poverty. Specifically, it was due to the characters not having enough money for what should have been otherwise affordable medications. The worst part? These illnesses were so common that they didn’t need to result in death, but inevitably did because of a glaring lack of financial assistance.
I was particularly moved when, while watching a film, I saw that something as simple as Tylenol could be so unaffordable. In the film, a young woman who didn’t have enough money to pay for her mother’s medication had to beg the chemist to allow her to pay him back at a later date in exchange for the medication. She was promptly denied by the chemist resulting in her mother’s death. In another film a mother was now the one begging for help from a chemist for medicine for her son’s snake bite and was denied service on the grounds that she already owed the chemist money from a previous treatment. So, of course, this resulted in the mother’s son dying. The last film I decided to watch involved a scenario wherein a woman was rushed into a hospital by a family member but was told that if she couldn’t pay the required deposit, she would not be treated.
I know some of you may be saying to yourselves: “Those are just films, they’re not real.” While your statements may be correct, these films are indeed a reflection of the reality of life in most places in Nigeria. It’s as they say: “Art imitates life and vice versa.” I say this because I got to experience this lack of healthcare in Nigeria first hand. I am Nigerian, born and raised but, after having lived outside of the country for almost thirty-five years, I was unaware of the drastic changes that my home country had undergone since I had left. When I went back to Nigeria to visit family, I was shocked at the horror stories that many of my own family (as well as other close family friends) had experienced while I was gone.
Their stories brought tears to my eyes and there were many times when sleep eluded me as I pondered on Nigeria’s need for a better healthcare system. This grew to become bigger than just a fleeting thought as I started to think of how to create not only a better healthcare system for my country, but a free healthcare facility for all of Africa - starting with Nigerians. What was just a crazy thought of mine became a passion to do something more for the underprivileged people of Nigeria as well as the rest of Africa. This would also be a chance to give something back to my home country that I love so much.
After many nights of praying and seeking counsel from the Lord, Jesus Christ, I was finally given instructions on November 18th, 2015. On that day, the Lord began to give me directions on how he would bring his two projects (The Lord’s Healing Hospital and The Lord’s House of Refuge) into being. One of the commandments that he gave me was to put this project online. He told me that all I needed to do was put it online and he would grow it, not only for the new, reconstructed Nigeria, but for the whole continent of Africa.
In the midst of me praying and seeking counsel, I was making various trips to Nigeria to inquire about how to start this project. I was looking for lands large enough to accommodate our first facility as well as just trying to get the ball rolling on the construction of the hospital and the house of refuge. During these trips to Nigeria, the Lord, got his land prepared by allowing me to buy large acres of land in Nigeria - one in Delta State, another in Edo State, as well as an additional few plots in Lagos.

The new, reconstructed Nigeria
Now, I’m sure many of you lifted your eyebrow at the phrase “new, reconstructed Nigeria” that had been mentioned earlier in this story. I’m sure many of you are wondering: “What on Earth could she mean by that?” Well, allow me to share a revelation that the Lord had given me:
During a prayer session in March of 2017, I was privileged enough to be in the presence of the Lord, Jesus. While in his presence he showed me a vivid vision that was so detailed I had to write it down.
In the vision, I saw the Lord take the country of Nigeria in his hands and smash it onto the floor into tiny pieces, very similar to shattered glass. When I saw this, I cried and pleaded with the Lord for him to have mercy on my people - I begged him to not give up on us and to help us fix the country. In his compassion and mercy for humanity, I saw him bend down and pick up each of the broken pieces of the country. He then started to build a new Nigeria right before my very eyes and when it was completed and whole once more, it began to grow and expand in the hands of the Lord. The country which had previously had the name Nigeria written on it, now had a new name: New Nigeria.

The Project: The Lord’s Healing Hospital International
This is truly the Lord’s project as many of the opportunities we have been able to have and the people we have been able to be put into contact with were all by the Lord’s doing.
The Lord has been putting his team together both in the U.S. and in Nigeria – some of the people we work with are volunteers and some of the people who are a part of our team have been revealed to us through the Holy Spirit.
The project has grown a lot in these past two years and we have even started the building process for The Lord’s Healing Hospital in Nigeria! Some of the things that are happening at the facility are trees being cut down, bushes being removed, and a security fence being placed in order to prevent encroachment onto the Lord’s land. These are great strides indeed, but its going to take more than that to get this hospital up and running for the people in need - that’s why we need your help.
We therefore want to plead to the general public to please support the Lord’s projects with your donations. You can also partake in monthly contributions in order to get a progress report sent to your email each month on how the project is developing. Please do consider donating – it’s for a good cause and I know that the Lord is preparing his children all over the world to be used for his purpose for the good of humanity.
If possible, please help us spread our website’s link to your friends and family – whether they are Africans or not – so they can help support the projects as well. We will continue to work as vessels for Jesus and let the Lord do his work. We vow to work hard and love one another even harder as we do our part to help in the building of the Lord’s ministry, until his coming in Jesus’ name. Amen.
